Emergency Medical Technician from University of Antelope Valley is a Campus Certificate Medical Emergency degree that prepares you for a Healthcare career. This program is designed to prepare the students for entry into an occupation that requires employees to have training and skills in emergency pre-hospital care treatments. Students receive training in basic life support measures, patient assessment, cardiac arrest skills, shock prevention, spinal immobilization, oxygen therapy and vehicular extrication.
