Clinical Services Management from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center is a Online Bachelor Clinical Laboratory degree that prepares you for a Healthcare career. The Clinical Services Management Program is an on-line Bachelor of Sciences degree that prepares the student to enter management and leadership positions within healthcare organizations. Emphasis is placed on relating the knowledge and skills to real-world applications in healthcare settings. A variety of students from clinical backgrounds who are transitioning into management positions, Associates of Applied Sciences students who are seeking a Bachelor's degree, as well as other students with a specific interest in healthcare management have successfully completed this program without moving from their home area or quitting work. Students may attend on a part time or full time basis. CSM Students are eligible for the same financial aid and university resources as any TTUHSC student. Some fees are waived due to the distance education aspect of this program so tuition and fees are less than many other traditional programs. Out-of-state students pay a distance learning fee and do not pay out-of-state tuition as outlined in the TTUHSC catalog. Students may transfer up to 66 hours of approved community college or university credits into the program (42 hours required Common Core credits and 24 hours of approved Technical Credits) and complete the remaining 54 credits (42 hours CSM Core and 12 approved electives) through TTUHSC. Applications are accepted every semester. All CSM courses are offered on-line and are structured on the Fall, Spring and Summer semester system. Students enrolled in the Clinic Science Management (CSM) program are required to complete the final six (6) academic hours through CSM program courses.
