Two distinctive features of the undergraduate ITT degree are a capstone seminar in strategic management or transportation economics and an internship/work experience usually undertaken in the summer between the junior and senior years. The internship/work experience immerses the ITT student in a professional environment within an organization involved in international transportation, trade or some other aspect of global business. Students choose from a variety of possibilities including internships in multinational corporations, assignments in public agencies.
