Our curriculum is intended to give students extensive hands-on experience in the classroom and laboratory using the latest equipment. This practical education includes applying what is learned in the classroom to the real world, managing our 18-hole college golf course. Additionally, students gain valuable working experience during summer paid internships at facilities across the country, allowing them to seamlessly transfer into careers in the golf industry upon graduation. Currently, SUNY Delhi graduates are working in some of the country's most prestigious golf courses . At the present time we have a 100% employment placement rate. The scheduling of classes within the Golf Course Operations program is designed so that those students interested in pursuing the Bachelors degree in Golf Course Management can do so without loss of credit or time. On campus facilities provide indoor and outdoor learning environments where students may practice and study what they have learned.
