For us, hybrid means a majority of the content is delivered online; however, active learning strategies are used in both the face to face and online portions of each course. Students only come to campus one day per week but are expected to engage in over 40 hours per week in readings, discussions and innovative learning activities. For full-time students, ten hours per week of outside employment is the maximum recommended.
