History of the Program Over the past decade, Regis University has offered a wide variety of courses for educators in the field of process learning. Its nationally acclaimed Literacy Institutes drew over 3000 teachers, administrators and specialists from school districts throughout Colorado and other states. The Master of Arts in Education: Learning & Teaching Program grew out of those institutes.
