Students residing at or within the 50 mile radius will be considered for the Residential Master of Divinity degree program only. Description of Online Session at Payne Theological Seminary The online program has four, ten week sessions. There are two sessions in the fall sesmester and two sessions in the spring semester. You may take a class in Session I or Session II in the fall semester or Session I and Session II in the spring semester. Registration will be open approximately six weeks prior to the start of the session If you plan to only take class(es) during Section II of the fall semester, you must still register prior to the start of the term. The total number of credits a student may register for without academic advisor approval is 15. New students are advised to take no more than 12 credit hour the first semester. Classes will be dropped from the registration by the school for students who register for more than 15 credits without academic advisor approval. Students who do not complete this registration process during the registration period will not be permitted to register mid-term.
