Program Overview This program has three concentrations: dietetics , school nutrition , and environmental nutrition. The Dietetics concentration, qualifies you to sit for the Dietetic Technician, Registered (DTR) examination and to apply for a dietetic internship (supervised practice) to become a registered dietitian (RD). An Environmental Health minor is incorporated within the Environmental Nutrition concentration.
