Associate of Applied Science in Computer Aided Design The Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Aided Design (CAD) is the result of community interest to have a diversified CAD program. Our state-of-the-art facilities utilize the latest AutoCAD software to prepare individuals interested in entry-level design positions. All CAD graduates can feel assured of excellent job opportunities after completion of our two-year AAS options. Mechanical Design Option The Associate of Applied Science degree option in Mechanical Design will prepare individuals for an entry-level position as a CAD technician in the Mechanical Design field. This degree is in the process of being revised, pending approval by ADHE.
