Program Objectives Possess the knowledge to perform tasks of entry-level Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning employment. Apply the theory of PHAC to specific jobs using reasoning/critical thinking and the ability to work independently. Demonstrate knowledge of industry hazards and related safety practices. Use mathematical/technical data in relation to the PHAC field. Use effective communication skills appropriate to the PHAC industry.
