This yearly construction project, located on land near the college, allows students to participate in the construction of a 2,100 square foot home. The project is supervised by faculty in the program and the house is completed by students in a variety of Residential Construction labs. Students taking classes in business, masonry, plumbing, heating and wood products will have the opportunity to practice the skills they have learned in the classroom while completing laboratory work at the house.
