You will also study how to measure the level of balance or imbalance in the physiology through the technique of pulse diagnosis. Pulse is the most effective means of gauging the degree of balance and the degree of enlivenment of the inner intelligence. We also study means to maintain or restore balance through diet, herbs, daily and seasonal routine, exercise, and traditional purification techniques from the ancient Vedic tradition.
