Performing nursing procedures that may require standing for extended periods and ability to stoop or bend. 4. Communicate effectively with clients, families and other members of the health care team including both written and verbal communication. 5. Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for clients. 6. Attend class sessions that may involve sitting for extended periods with short breaks periodically. 7.
