The major consist of 6 hours of core courses, 12 hours of Biblical studies , 12 hours of Professional studies, 6 hours of Thesis Research and a final Thesis Project. This degree requires a total of 36 hours for graduation. Theology Graduate Students should expect to demonstrate: 1. The foundational idea of Scripture's divine inspiration and authority as well as the need to establish all Christian beliefs and practices upon Biblical teaching. 2. Develop a Biblical-based worldview. 3. Theologically sound doctrine that will form the basis for critical reasoning, strategic thinking, and problem solving skills for ministry. 4. Exegete the Scriptures in the original languages in order to communicate Biblical truth effectively and with authority. 5. Grasp Biblical and systematic theology and be able to think theologically. 6. Confront increasingly difficult issues in the world today by understanding contemporary theological , moral, and ethical issues and be able to evaluate them Scripturally. 7. Know the historical development of theology and the heritage of the church. 8. Explain the significance and influence of the Restoration Movement. 9. Exhibit an ability to conduct graduate level research in the field of theology and apologetics and translate that research into an effective ministry of teaching, preaching and/or publication.
