Program Distinctions Lindsey Wilson participates in the selective Frankfort Semester Internship Program. Coordinated by the Association of Independent Kentucky Colleges and Universities, this full-time, semester long internship provides students a rare opportunity to study and work in Kentucky state government. It also provides an excellent experience for Communication majors. We also send interns to Washington, D.C., and offer opportunities for real world experience locally through both practicums and internships. Why choose Communication? Some entry level examples could range from Personnel Recruiter, Labor Relations Specialist, Speech Writer, Adversting/Marketing Specialist and Campaign Director to adavanced positions such as Vice-President of Human Resoruces, Director of Media Relations, Marketing Vice-President and Director/Dean of Adminstrative Offices of a university.
