Program Objectives Students successfully completing the Ed. S. in Educational Leadership will: 1. Possess the knowledge and competencies that are outlined in the Interstate School Leaders Licensure Consortium for the Advanced Principal or Superintendent. 2. Demonstrate effective skills in the areas of communication, reflection, and organization for all dimensions of the program. 3.
