After acceptance into the ATEP, put the ATSs on a schedule that will ensure that they receive field experiences with upper extremity sports, lower extremity sports, equipment intensive sports, general medical rotation, physical therapy/sports medicine clinic experience, and a high school experience. 3. Utilize evaluation tools to improve upon instruction and allow the ATSs a voice in the ATEP. 4. Link coursework and clinical proficiencies in the ATEP curriculum. 5.
