Program Description: The B.S. environmental health program is accredited by the National Environmental Health Science and Protection Accreditation Council. The B.S. in environmental health is offered in response to strong student, state and local government demand for an academic program to prepare students for careers in public health, environmental health and related fields. Graduates of this program will be prepared to seek employment in jobs with titles like public health officer, environmental technician, and scientist, as well as many others. Through experience and expertise, you can sit for professional certification, which provides enhanced employment and advancement opportunities for individuals working within public health venues.
