Program Description: The Fire Technology and Administration program provides an opportunity for students to obtain basic and advanced instruction in fire prevention, fire fighting techniques, rescue, and management of fire services . Critical decision making is emphasized at the company officer level to ensure improvement in all aspects of fire technology, productivity, and safety. Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting classes are available to enhance the knowledge base of fire suppression technicians. Completion of liberal education courses early in program is recommended to establish an academic foundation for technical courses.
