Educational Specialist from La Sierra University is a Campus Master Special Education degree that prepares you for a Education career. At the end of this program there are three benchmarks that determine whether the student will be allowed to progress toward a doctoral degree . These are a written qualifying examination with an oral defense of the written examination, a mixed methods Research Project EDCI 696 and a Thesis EDCI 698. After successfully completing these three benchmarks the student is eligible to apply for candidacy for the doctoral program.
