The junior year (year 3), the student will begin sonography clinical experiences and classroom experience in abdominal and vascular technology. The last year (year 4) provides experiences in obstetrics/gynecology and adult echocardiography and a clinical externship. Upon successful completion of the program, a student receives the Bachelor of Science degree with a major in diagnostic medical sonography.
