Nursing Clinical Management from Kean University is a Campus Master Clinical Nurse degree that prepares you for a Nursing career. The purpose of this program is to prepare nurses with expertise in clinical management emphasizing system planning and protocols of care development which are responsive to culturally diverse health team and patient populations. It is this unique combination of transcultural nursing care and managerial skill which will prepare the graduate of this program with the competence necessary to take a leadership role in the clinical arena. Twelve credits in transcultural clinical management theory are complemented by nine credits in clinical management practica.
