Technical instruction means instruction by demonstration, lecture, classroom participation, or examination. Practical operation means the actual performance by the student of a complete service on another person. It is noted that 295 hours are devoted to clinical-theory experience which will include all phases of Esthetics. ESTHETICIAN PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES To successfully master training requirements needed to make application for the California State Bureau of Barbering and Cosmetology licensing examination.
