What You'll Become The Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management prepares you to manage the food service needs of hotels, resorts, restaurants, clubs, theme parks, and cruise lines. You may also find employment with contract food services, school food services, businesses, and areas of the travel and tourism industry, as well as in connection with special events, conventions and trade shows, and weddings.
