Hofstra University's Master of Arts in English and Creative Writing offers students a wide range of workshops and independent studies in poetry, long and short fiction, playwriting and creative nonfiction. Program faculty are artists who represent each of the major literary genres. The Master of Arts in English and Creative Writing is designed especially for students who wish to combine the graduate study of literature with an opportunity to develop their skills as creative writers.
