Sport Management majors will receive a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in sport management . The Sport Management program will prepare individuals for entry-level positions of management and service in a variety of sports organizations in the public and private sectors. The curriculum includes major and related coursework in sport management and business, electives, and a culminating internship experience. The Sport Management program is accredited by The International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education (IACBE), the premier professional accreditor for business programs in student-centered colleges and universities throughout the world. Requirements for the internship and graduation include a grade of "C" or higher in all Departmental courses (prefixes of HEA, PED, and REC); an overall Grade Point Average of 2.0 or higher; and other Department, Division, School, and University requirements.
