CET Educational Objectives: CET graduates will be skilled to perform in a construction engineering technology field using the latest tools within an industrial setting. CET graduates will possess the necessary abilities to engage in a life-long learning environment. CET graduates will be prepared to obtain employment in the architectural/construction industry. The CET department will facilitate, support, and enhance the endeavors of our students to achieve their objectives. CET Assessment Criteria: The measurement of the success of the CET Department to achieve its Educational Objective is by Annual Graduate and Employer Surveys which determine if CET Graduates are either working in their chosen field or continuing their education. Career Opportunities Students from the CET program can find opportunities in construction companies, highway departments, contractors, architectural/engineering firms. This program prepares students for site supervision, construction, estimating, scheduling, and assistant project management in a construction office.
