AET Mission Statement The Architectural Engineering Technology program will prepare students with the tools necessary to function as a technician capable of assisting a design professional. This will be accomplished through a curriculum emphasizing fundamental problem-solving, practical applications, and oral, written and computer skills. Students will be exposed to working in teams, professional practice issues and cultural diversity. The program will prepare graduates for life-long learning in the architectural engineering profession or related fields. AET Educational Objectives: AET graduates will be skilled to perform in an architectural engineering technology field using the latest tools within an industrial setting. AET graduates will possess the necessary abilities to engage in a life-long learning environment. AET graduates will be prepared to obtain employment in the architectural/construction industry.
