Perform in agency, under supervision, the generalist practice skills sufficient for intervention with individuals, families, groups, and communities and with diverse populations in diverse settings, but most particularly in rural Louisiana; 6. Demonstrate knowledge of social work's values, ethics, and ethical dilemmas; 7. Discuss issues of social, economic and political justice identifying environments that give value to one set of policies, procedures and practices over another; 8. Analyze the impact of social policy on African Americans, women, individuals with different sexual preference, the physically, mentally, and developmentally challenged and other-at-risk populations; 9.
