Communication from Grace College and Theological Seminary is a Campus Bachelor Media Studies degree that prepares you for a Communications career. About the Communication Department The Communication Department aims to promote an awareness of the complexities of the human communication process, to assist in the refinement of communication skills, and to encourage the free and responsible use of communication abilities and mediums. The study of communication is especially recommended for students who are considering future occupations or training in areas such as public relations, theatre, management, missions, journalism, counseling, the youth pastorate, marketing, consulting, law, media communications , personnel management, teaching, or the ministry. The Film Studies specialization at Grace is offered through the Los Angeles Film Studies Center. The LAFSC is a part of the Council for Christian Colleges and Universities. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn the industry from a Christian perspective while taking classes and working in internship programs in Hollywood without losing the Christian College experience. All Communication specialization areas are designed around the same group of classes. These classes offer a solid foundation for each specialization individually and also allow students to change specializations or complete more than one specialization curriculum.
