Church Music Non- Performance from Gods Bible School and College is a Campus Bachelor Music degree that prepares you for a Vocational Programs career. The Church Music-Non-Performance program leads to a bachelor of arts degree which shall be granted upon completion of 48 hours of professional core courses, 18 hours in track specific professional studies, 43 hours of general education, and 30 hours of Bible and theology to complete a total of 139 hours. This four-year program does not require a minor. This terminal program is designed to prepare the candidate to go directly into a music ministry. It does not prepare the candidate to teach music in a Christian school or to enter a graduate program in music. After completing this degree program, the student will: Demonstrate a basic level of music proficiency in non-performance applied concentration and teach that instrument in the context of a church music ministry; Give evidence of a sound scriptural and philosophical basis for music ministry; Have developed a professional portfolio; and Give evidence of a working knowledge of a music ministry.
