Air Traffic Control from Georgia Middle College - Aviation Campus is a Campus Bachelor Aviation degree that prepares you for a Transportation career. The Air Traffic Control staff has decades of experience, maintains state-of-the-art simulators and operates one of only two college air traffic control facilities in the country. The Air Traffic Control program maintains 1.7 million dollars worth of advanced simulation equipment and operates within the national airspace system using cutting edge communications equipment. Four-year students will receive the required knowledge to bypass the first five weeks of FAA training and earn the opportunity to work in a live air traffic control facility (Eastman Air Traffic Control Tower).
