Writing from Geneva College is a Campus Bachelor Writing degree that prepares you for a Liberal Arts career. The writing major is a pre-professional major, providing students with experience in many facets of writing, with an emphasis on informational and creative writing . Geneva's program prepares students for opportunities in journalism, publishing, creative writing, professional writing for business/industry and even free-lance writing. The writing major is designed to develop general writing skills while still giving the student the option of emphasizing creative or informational writing . Geneva College hosts a chapter of Sigma Tau Delta, an international English honors society open to English and Writing majors of high academic standing.
