Training is provided in individual, group, career counseling, and marriage and family therapy, as well as assessment and diagnosis in each of these modalities. Participation in the Psychological Services Clinic, a freestanding clinic operated by the counseling psychology program that provides free therapy and assessment services to the community. Departmental colloquia in which regional speakers provide specialized training and information in areas of diverse populations, special topics in therapy, and legal and ethical development as psychologists.
