In addition, you will be exposed to data and voice communications methodologies and will be versed in integrating technologies to meet the corporate demands for information sharing. Use problem-solving strategies to think critically and to troubleshoot data and telecommunications systems. Interact with operating system software to install, configure and diagnose hardware and application software of a computer system.
