The purpose of the Facial Specialty program is to prepare a person for employment as a licensed Facial Specialist . This course is designed to qualify students for employment upon successfully completing all the competencies, hours and theory required to obtain a certificate of completion for Facial Specially and to obtain registration from the State Board of Cosmetology. The program is a planned sequence of instruction.
