Phase III: The Capstone Experience The Capstone Experience consists of an administrative practicum, an online seminar, and an on-site leadership retreat. This culminating experience of the graduate program is designed to provide students with an opportunity to apply the knowledge and competencies acquired throughout the program of study to actual and simulated clinical situations. Students are required to complete all Phase I and II courses prior to beginning Phase III.
