International Studies from Endicott College is a Campus Bachelor International studies degree that prepares you for a Science career. The International Studies major is a multi-disciplinary program that prepares students to be leaders in an increasingly interdependent global community. Students take courses in politics, literature, art, business, communication, and other comparative disciplines to examine the ways in which cultural forces take shape and interact. They investigate the reasons and means by which nations in the 21st century must now cooperate and compromise on issues such as international security, the environment, cyber-crime, economic policies, and humanitarian aid. All International Studies majors supplement their academic work with at least four semesters of language study and a minimum of one semester spent studying overseas. Endicott's association with over 118 study abroad sites located in 58 countries throughout the world provides International Studies majors with many opportunities to immerse themselves in cross-cultural experiences. Upon graduation, they have a unique awareness of the critical issues facing nations today and informed insights into what they might be able to do to truly make a difference.
