Program Summary There are many options for persons interested in teaching. First, there are three tracks for education majors: elementary, secondary and special education . Each track will prepare students to transfer on to four-year schools to earn their bachelor's degree . A second option in teaching is Industrial Technology Education . Students who want to learn or expand their existing carpentry skills and then go on to teach those skills in a high school setting should take the Industrial Technology Education major.
