Educational Leadership from Doane College is a Campus Master Education Management degree that prepares you for a Education career. The Master of Education in Educational Leadership began in the summer of 1996 and is designed to prepare school principals to meet the challenges of today's schools. The program was developed collaboratively with practicing school administrators in Nebraska and utilizes recommendations from the National Policy Board for Educational Administration.
