This is the only ???new??? program being proposed in this undergraduate curriculum revision, and results from the recognition that the last curriculum revision adopted by the Department of Communication met the needs of students calling for increased curricular specialization, at the expense of those students wishing to pursue an interdisciplinary program of studies . This major is designed especially for those students holding allied field interests, as well as those who would like to complete a communication degree, by taking mostly evening courses.
