Emergency Medical Technology from Delaware Technical and Community College - Terry is a Campus Associate Medical Emergency degree that prepares you for a Healthcare career. The Emergency Medical Technology Program prepares students to provide advanced prehospital emergency care under medical command authority to acutely ill or injured patients. Students will recognize, assess, and manage a medical or trauma emergency , record and communicate pertinent data to designated medical command authority, and direct and coordinate the transport of the patient.
