Practical Nursing Studies from Delaware Technical and Community College - Owens is a Campus Certificate Nursing Education degree that prepares you for a Nursing career. Practical Nursing education is the means by which individuals acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to function in a variety of health care settings at the direction of a registered nurse and/or licensed physician or dentist.
