Through the Volvo/Mack partnership, students are introduced to the latest advances in the trucking industry. Volvo/Mack training provides familiarization in engine design, micro-processing, air conditioning, and transmissions. DATC is home to the only Volvo/Mack partnership site in the United States. With this partnership, a student receives "factory authorized" training and obtains an industry recognized certificate while completing studies in the Diesel/Heavy Duty Mechanic program.
