Corporate Communication from Dana College is a Campus Bachelor Business Communication degree that prepares you for a Communications career. Dana's Communication Department helps you develop the exceptional communication skills employers want: leadership, team-building, writing, one-on-one communication, computer-mediated communication and communication with diverse audiences. Our curriculum focuses on corporate communication for for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. You'll work closely with your faculty mentors, who will help you plan your career, prepare for your job search and make the most of your college experience. Communication majors participate in several learning projects that take them outside the classroom to apply the knowledge and skills learned in the classroom. For example, students in the Public Relations class actually create public relations campaigns for local non-profit agencies. Recently, one of our students conducted a series of broadcast interviews with local service agencies. You'll have immediate opportunities to use our state-of-the art digital video lab, where you'll produce your own video that could end up on Dana's own cable TV channel, and gain real world, hands-on experience at KDCV, the Dana and Blair community radio station on the air.
