Act professionally and ethically according to ADAA Code of Ethics and HIPAA Guidelines. 4. Recognize medical emergencies and respond with health care provider, CPR and other appropriate measures. 5. Apply proper utilization of standard precautions during the performance of direct patient care (including room prep, lab duties, care and maintenance of instruments and equipment, dental radiography, management of dental materials and inventory and 4 handed dentistry) to ensure Dental Practice efficiency. 6. Meet the eligibility requirement of the Ohio State Dental Board for Dental Assistant and Radiographer certifications. 7.
