Culver-Stockton's communication program develops communication skills to enhance personal and professional opportunities. Students may focus their studies in journalism, public relations or interpersonal communication . A wide variety of courses are offered that emphasize both the theory and practice of communications to prepare graduates for direct access to the job market or success in graduate school. Two emphases are available: media communications or speech communications. Students who select media communications will take coursework in public speaking, interpersonal communications, media writing, and mass media and society.
