Business Administration from Crowley's Ridge College is a Campus Bachelor Management degree that prepares you for a Business career. Crowley's Ridge College is now offering a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration . Specializations are not currently being offered, but it is anticipated that the degree program will expand to offer new degrees (such as in Management, Accounting, Finance, etc.) and a new certification specialization is currently being considered. This program is offered to students who might wish to major in Business Administration or to continue studies in another institution in an effort to earn a Master's Degree in Business Administration , or to function effectively in today's working environments. To accomplish this, students are offered classes in a variety of disciplines such as management, marketing, finance, accounting, legal environment for business, business ethics, economics and others. After much research and discussion, this format was determined best to meet the predetermined goals. All of our business classes will express the belief that the 'Free Enterprise System? (or ?Capitalism?) is the desired and preferred system in the world-wide economy, and that Biblical principles are the governing philosophy and value system upon which all other teachings are based. All candidates for the B.S. degree in Business Administration must have earned the Associate's Degree in general studies (or the equivalent) and have completed the assigned program for the B.S. degree . Candidates for graduation must also take the national, on-line standardized test, established upon local and national norms. The Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration is designed to help the students develop the knowledge and maturity needed to make meaningful contributions to the family, church, profession and society as a whole.? The Curriculum To earn the Associate's Degree in General Studies, a student must earn the required 64 hours of college credits. The Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration requires an additional 63 hours of business courses (including nine hours of business electives) and two more Bible hours for a total of 129 hours of college credits.
