The technician is prepared to support the engineer from preliminary surveying to final design and construction, environment studies and permit applications. Completion of this program also qualifies the graduate to enter either a plus-two Bachelor of Science program in Engineering Technology-Civil or Engineering Technology-Environmental emphasis at WVU Tech or similar baccalaureate engineering technology programs at other institutions. Program Objectives: Recent graduates of the ASCET program will be able to achieve the following career and professional accomplishments: 1.
