The core program consists of nine credit hours of the following courses: EGGN 501 - Advanced Engineering Measurements (4 credits) EGGN 502 - Interdisciplinary Modeling and Simulation (4 credits) EGGN 504 - Engineering Systems (Mechanical) Seminar (1 credit) In addition to the core coursework, Ph.D. students are required to complete 27 additional hours of technical coursework, plus 12 additional hours of coursework in a minor area of study (48 total hours of coursework).
